SHIPPING POLICY

• Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.
  
• Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999. A nominal ₹80 fee applies to orders below ₹999.
  
• If you opt for Cash On Delivery: a nominal fee of ₹20 would apply. 
  
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an automated SMS or email from our shipping partner with tracking details.
• Shipping Area: We currently ship Pan-India.
  

RETURNS

We totally get it—sometimes, even the best products might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returns: You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
  
  • We provide a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes.
    
  • If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you’ll need to self-ship the product(s).
• Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, returns are processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be automatically credited within 7 working days.
  
• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We also do not accept returns on specific product categories (e.g., socks) for hygiene reasons. Zuzumonk may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
  

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

• Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel, update addresses, or modify sizes/styles. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
  

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options.
  
• If you opt for Cash On Delivery: a nominal fee of ₹20 would apply.
