We ship Pan-India!

Standard shipping takes 5-7 working days with a shipping fee of ₹80 for orders of  ₹999 and under.
Once dispatched, you'll receive an automated SMS or email from our shipping partner with tracking details.

Once your order is placed:

  • You'll get an automated SMS from PhonePe confirming your transaction.
  • A confirmation email will be sent (check your promotions/spam folder if you don’t see it).
  • You’ll also receive shipping updates via SMS once your order is dispatched.

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it or make changes to the address, style, or size. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

We understand that sometimes things don’t fit as expected. That’s why we offer size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • Returns: You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
  • Reverse Pick-up: Available for most pin codes. If unavailable, you'll need to self-ship the product(s).
  • Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Some products (e.g., socks) are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, send images to merchandise@spectcom.in, and we’ll sort it out.

Yes! We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options.
A nominal fee of ₹20 applies for Cash on Delivery.
